Healthy Body - Sharp Mind
Gayatri Public School's (GPS) MASCOT is Jaguar.
Gayatri Public School's play ground is named Jaguar's Den.
Jaguar's Den is a little distance from GPS Campus.
In the afternoon, all Jaguars GPS students take the school buses and visit Jaguar's Den.
Every Saturday is a very important day at GPS.
Morning half of every Saturday:
Is for revision for the whole week, so that students have another opportunity to clearly understand and comprehend all that was taught during the week. weeks If any thing students are not clear then teachers guide them to the video lessons in their laptops. All teachers and students fifth class and higher have their own laptops with video lessons.
Second half (after lunch) of Saturday:
is much more exciting. All students from Nursery to XI grade go to Jaguar's Den for games. There is a pig play ground in the back of the building for Cricket, Football, Hockey and Base ball.
Front side of building students play Valley Ball, Badminton and other games and activities such as Kho-Kho, Kabadi, Races, High jump and other physical activities and games. See the picture's of the Jaguar's Den, where students are doing the warm up exercises in the field and playing games. This is the most exciting part for Jaguars. After the games each and every student and teachers get a light refreshment.
